Status of this policy

Reddi is the public brand of client operations software operated by Perpetual AI Solutions Ltd. Reddi is available through askreddi.com, related Reddi application domains, and client upload links sent by accounting firms.

Data Reddi may process

  • Account and user data, including names, work email addresses, roles, workspace membership and sign-in activity.
  • Firm and client metadata, including client names, contact details, request status, deadlines and staff ownership.
  • Client documents and upload metadata submitted through request links or firm workflows.
  • Support and diagnostic data, including audit events, provider status, error metadata and support notes.
  • Billing metadata where a firm uses a paid plan or Stripe-powered billing flow.
  • Product analytics and usage metadata where enabled and reviewed for the relevant environment.

Client documents

Reddi is designed to help accounting firms collect and manage documents needed for client operations. The firm remains responsible for deciding what it requests from clients, how long it must keep records, and what professional obligations apply to the work.

File access is intended to be app-mediated and audit logged. Retention, deletion and legal hold workflows must be configured against the firm's own legal and regulatory obligations.

AI-assisted processing

Reddi may use AI-assisted processing for operational review, classification or summary support where enabled. Reddi does not use AI assistance to provide accounting, tax, payroll, VAT, legal or compliance advice. Human review remains required for professional judgement and client deliverables.

Subprocessors

Reddi uses infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. The current provider list is available on the Subprocessors page.

Data rights and contact

Data access, export, correction and deletion requests should first be routed to the firm that controls the client relationship. Product support questions can be sent to support@askreddi.com.
