Overview

Reddi supports accounting firms with VAT and AML evidence collection. The firm decides what evidence is needed, why it is requested, who may access it and how it is used. Reddi provides the software, storage, workflow, support and optional AI-assisted checks needed to operate that process.

Controller and processor assumptions

The accounting firm is expected to determine the purpose of client document collection and professional work. Reddi is expected to support that workflow as software provider. If a customer order form or written agreement sets a different position, that document controls.

Data request workflow

Data access, export, correction and deletion requests should be routed to the firm owner or designated privacy contact first. Reddi can assist with product-level exports, deletion workflows and support diagnostics where the firm is authorised to request them.

Deletion, retention and legal hold

Reddi includes retention and legal hold controls in the product evidence set. Destructive deletion should not be performed where legal hold, audit obligations or firm retention policy require preservation.

Subprocessors and support contact

Provider information is available on the Subprocessors page. Support and data-processing questions can be sent to support@askreddi.com.
